摘    要:借鉴金属材料退火降低其内应力的热处理方法,将高分子材料制品置于干燥箱及水浴锅中进行后处理,利用自主研制的高分子材料透明制品内应力检测装置研究了不同后处理工艺参数对以镜片为代表的聚碳酸酯制品内应力影响,结果发现,在同一后处理时间、不同后处理温度且缓冷条件下,在热变形温度以下提高后处理温度可以有效降低聚碳酸酯制品内应力并改善其内应力分布状态,而急冷条件下则会造成制品二次内应力集中;同一后处理温度、不同后处理时间且缓冷的条件下,存在一个最佳的后处理时间范围,而急冷的条件下延长后处理时间不利于制品内应力的改善。以上结果可为今后寻求有效降低高分子材料制品内应力的措施奠定理论与实践基础。

Abstract:The method of tempering metal materials to reduce its internal stress was used to put polymer products in both the drying box and thermostat water bath for post-treatment,and the influence law of different post-treatment process parameters on the internal stress of polycarbonate products represented by mobile phone lenses was studied by the self-made polymer transparent products internal stress detection device.The results show that under the same post-treatment time,different post-treatment temperature and slow cooling conditions,the increasing of the post-treatment temperature below the hot deformation can effectively reduce the internal stress of polycarbonate products and improve the internal stress distribution state,while under rapid cooling conditions the secondary internal stress concentration of products could be caused.Under the same post-treatment temperature,different post-treatment time and slow cooling conditions there is an optimal post-treatment time range,while under rapid cooling conditions prolonging the post-treatment time is not conducive to the improvement of internal stress of products.The research results can provide the theoretical and practical foundation for seeking effective measures to reduce the internal stress of polymer products in the future.
