摘    要:焊接是打孔管道的常见修复方法,主要采用接管、补板、套管3种方式。焊接修复方法的选用和了解焊接产生的应力对油气管道安全运营具有重要意义。为了掌握不同焊接修复方法的修复效果和适用范围,运用非线性有限元方法进行管道在内压作用下的受力分析,研究屈服压力与极限载荷评估修复结构承载能力的优异性,得出相对较优的管道焊接修复方法,并比较各焊接修复管道中几何效应对承压能力的影响。结果表明,应采用屈服应力评估焊接构件的承载效果; 3种焊接修复方法中,采用套管修复方法后的管道承载效果最好,套管的几何尺寸对管道承载效果影响较小; 补板修复管道的承载效果位于中间,补板的几何尺寸越小,管道的承载效果越好; 接管修复管道的承载效果最次,接管的直径越小、厚度越大,管道的承载效果越好。

Abstract:Welding is a common repairing method for perforated pipelines, which mainly adopts three ways: nozzle, patch plate and sleeve. The selection of welding repair methods and understanding the stresses generated by welding are of great significance to the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines. In order to understand the repair effect and applicable scope of different welding repair methods, the nonlinear finite element method was used to analyze the stress of the pipeline under internal pressure, and the yield pressure and ultimate load were studied to evaluate the superiority of the repaired structure’s load-bearing capacity. The influence of geometric parameters on bearing capacity of repaired structures was also analyzed. The results show that the yield stress should be used to evaluate the bearing effect of welded components. Among the three welding repair methods, the bearing effect of the components after the sleeve repair method is the best, and the geometric size has little influence on the bearing effect of the components. The bearing effect of the components repaired by the patching is in the middle, the smaller the geometric size of the patching, the better the bearing effect of the components. The bearing capacity of nozzle repair structure is the worst, the smaller the diameter and the greater the thickness of the nozzle, the better the bearing effect of the component.
