摘    要:引江补汉工程是南水北调中线工程的后续工程,太平溪方案受益区涉及湖北省11个地市,占全省国土面积的1/3。依据2019年国家最新节水要求,基于节水进一步论证湖北省关于引江补汉的用水需求,从而为计算工程规模提供依据。本文对受益区规划水平年基于节水的需水量进行了预测,以保证受益区内各地市需水量在用水总量控制指标之内。分析过程中所采用的方法和思路可为其他调水工程的规模论证提供参考。

Abstract:The water diversion project from Yangtze River to Hanjiong River is a follow-up project to the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.The benefitial area of Taipingxi plan covers 11 cities in Hubei Province,accounting for 1/3 of the whole provincial land area.According to the latest national water-saving requirements in 2019,and based on water saving,the water demand of Hubei for the water diversion from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River is further demonstrated,thus providing the basis for calculating the project scale.This paper forecasts the water demand based on water saving in the planning level year of the beneficial area,so as to ensure that the water demand of all cities in the beneficial area is within the total water consumption control index.The methods and ideas adopted in the analysis process can provide reference for the scale demonstration of other water transfer projects.
