优化钛系小中空聚乙烯树脂的性能研究

摘    要:采用INNOVENETMS双环管淤浆工艺,使用钛系催化剂成功开发并优化了小中空高密度聚乙烯树脂HD5502T。选取传统铬系催化剂生产的小中空聚乙烯树脂和优化前后的HD5502T,采用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、旋转流变仪、氧气透过率测定仪等对其进行了表征分析对比。结果表明,优化后的HD5502T具有优异的力学性能和良好的加工性能,满足社会对安全环保产品的发展要求,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:The small hollow polyethylene resin HD5502 T in the high density polyethylene(HDPE) plant which applied the INNOVENETM S slurry dual-loop technology was developed and optimized by Titanium catalyst.Comparing with traditional small hollow polyethylene resin which was produced by Chromium-based catalyst,the differential scanning calorimetery(DSC),rotational rheometer,oxygen transmission rate test system were used to analyze.The results show that the optimized HD5502 T has excellent mechanical properties and good processability.HD5502 T meets the demands of the society for green development and has a good market prospect.
