动态硫化法制备再生橡胶/PA6高性能合金

摘    要:采用动态硫化法制备再生橡胶/尼龙6(RR/PA6)高性能合金,研究过氧化物硫化体系以及MgO-ZnO复配硫化体系对RR/PA6性能的影响。同时,研究了合金的力学性能、热性能、动态热力学性能以及微观形貌。测试结果表明,采用MgO-ZnO复配硫化体系制备的RR/PA6合金的性能优于过氧化物硫化体系,且橡塑比为20/80时,合金的力学性能、热稳定性等比未硫化的合金有较大的提高。

Abstract:In this paper,reclaimed rubber/nylon 6(RR/PA6)high-performance alloy were prepared by dynamic vulcanization.The effects of peroxide vulcanization system and MgO-ZnO composite vulcanization system on the properties of RR/PA6 were studied.The mechanical properties,thermal properties,dynamic thermodynamic properties and micro morphology of the alloy were all studied in detail.And the test results showed that preparing RR/PA6 alloy by vulcanization system of MgO-ZnO composite system was better than peroxide vulcanization system,and when the rubber plastic ratio is 20/80,the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the alloy have been greatly improved compared with the uncured alloy.
