摘    要:油砂生产井通常采用两趟完井管柱作业,导致完井工期长,完井费用高。以油砂A区块为例,开展常规生产井完井管柱设计优化和热循环效果评价,提出一种适宜于油砂生产的管柱结构优化设计方案,并在现场3口调整井中试验应用。优化后的生产井完井管柱较常规管柱的实际作业工时下降66%,实际费用下降20%,投产1 a均正常生产,达到预期成果。可为类似油砂区块的完井设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Two-trip completion method is commonly used in the oil sand production wells,which leads to long completion duration and high cost.Taking the oil sand block A as an example,the common completion string design was analyzed and optimized,and the effects of thermal cycling for different strings were evaluated.A new optimized completion string design was proposed and was applied in 3 adjustment wells.Comparing with common two-trip completion,the optimized completion can achieve 66%reduction in actual completion duration and 20%reduction in actual cost.Those wells have produced for 1 year and the expected results were achieved,which provides a reference for the completion design of similar oil sands development.
