改性壳聚糖/聚乳酸薄膜的制备及其阻隔和耐磨性能的研究

摘    要:采用三聚磷酸钠(TPP)为交联剂对壳聚糖(CHS)改性,制备了改性壳聚糖/聚乳酸(CHS/PLA)薄膜,对CHS/PLA薄膜的相关结构进行了表征,并研究了TPP浓度及交联改性CHS的用量对CHS/PLA薄膜阻隔及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:TPP用量越多,薄膜的溶胀度越低,阻隔性能越好;随着CHS用量的增加,改性CHS/PLA的阻隔及耐磨性能显著优于未改性CHS/PLA薄膜;交联CHS/PLA薄膜的磨损指数为29,未交联改性CHS/PLA薄膜的磨损指数为11;抗紫外老化性能表现出相同的变化规律。

Abstract:Chitosan/polylactic acid(CHS/PLA)films were prepared by modifying chitosan(CHS)with sodium tripolyphosphate(TPP)as crosslinking agent.The structure of CHS/PLA films was characterized.The effects of TPP concentration and the amount of cross-linked CHS on the barrier and wear resistance of CHS/PLA films were studied.The results showed that the more TPP was used,the lower the swelling degree of the film was.Consequently,the barrier performance was better.With the increase of CHS,the barrier and wear resistance of the modified CHS/PLA film was significantly better than that of the unmodified CHS/PLA film.The wear index of the cross-linked and the unmodified CHS/PLA film was 29 and 11 respectively.The UV aging resistance showed the same change rule.
