在役钻机管柱自动化排放装置配套技术研究与应用

在石油钻井作业过程中,起下钻和单根钻进扶管等工作需要井架工在二层台高空作业,内外钳工在钻台面配合作业,实现立根在井口与二层台及立根盒之间移动、排放。为提升钻井效率,降低钻井工人的劳动强度,研究了一种适用于在役钻机的管柱自动化排放装置。该装置利用电动二层台扶管机械手、液压吊卡和钻台面机械手配合作业,可实现立根的自动移送、排放,取得了良好的应用效果。

Research and Application of Matching Technology for AutomaticDischarging Device of Drilling String in Service

The oil drilling operation work of lifting, lowering and single drilling buttressing requires the derrick operator to work at height on the second floor, and the internal and external fitters need to work together on the drill floor to realize the movement and discharge of the stand between the wellhead, the second floor and the stand. In order to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers, a pipe string automatic discharging device suitable for in-service drilling rigs has been developed. The device uses the electric two-layer platform manipulator, hydraulic elevator and drilling table manipulator to work together to realize automatic conveying and discharging of the standing root, and has achieved good application results.
