江西省小流域智慧防汛系统的应用技术研究

摘    要:智慧应用是当前各个行业信息化领域研究的热点,以江西省小流域智慧防汛系统建设为例,对水利行业在防洪减灾领域的智慧应用技术进行研究:通过合成语音技术播报洪水预警信息;通过智能化预案应用,将危险区的预警与防汛责任人和应急响应措施自动关联,支持预警、会商、应急响应和响应反馈,实现业务一体化、自动化;通过智能检索应用,采用关键字查询能够自动关联防洪相关对象,快捷获取相关业务信息;用户和语音对话机器人进行交互,通过语音指令即可调用系统功能,获取业务信息。采用智慧应用技术,可更好地服务于小流域的防洪减灾实际工作。

Discussion on the Application Technology of Smart Flood Reduction System in Small Watershed of Jiangxi Province

Abstract:Smart application system is a hot topic in various research fifields at present. Taking the smart flflood reduction system in small watershed of Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper discusses some smart applications in the fifield of flflood and disaster reduction in water conservancy industry. These smart applied technologies include: Early flflood warning through synthetic voice technology; Automatically linking early warning with flflood prevention emergency plan and persons through smart structured plans; So early warning, consultation, emergency disposal and feedback jobs become integrated and automatically; Using smart query application, users can automatically associate flood related objects through keywords, and effificiently obtain relevant information; Through the voice robot, users can call the system function and obtain the information by voice instruction. The purpose of smart applied technology is to serve the flflood and disaster reduction work better.
