摘    要:针对注射机轴承故障难以诊断的问题,提出了一种基于快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)的注射机轴承故障诊断方法。针对注射机轴承的故障振动信号在时域难以有效诊断的问题,利用快速傅里叶变换将时域振动信号转换到频域,通过生成的包络谱图分析频域中振动信号的频率分布,从而达到识别注射机轴承故障的目的。注射机轴承故障的仿真实验及实际故障轴承数据的诊断结果表明:使用快速傅里叶变换的方法诊断注射机轴承故障,比传统的离散傅里叶变换(Discrete Fourier Transform,DFT)诊断轴承故障的速度更快,处理轴承数据的内存更大,能非常有效地完成振动信号的故障诊断。

Abstract:The bearing faults of injection molding machines,which cannot be wasily diagnosed,a method named Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)is proposed to diagnose the fault feature information from vibration signal of injection molding machine.In this method,the Fast Fourier Transform is introduced to convert the time domain vibration signal to the frequency domain,and the generated envelope spectrum is applied to analyze the frequency distribution of the vibration signal in the frequency domain to identify bearing failure of injection molding machine.The results of the simulation experiments on the bearing failure of the injection molding machine show that the Fast Fourier Transform method is faster and effective than the traditional Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)calculation.
