摘    要:水是经济社会发展不可或缺的自然资源。本文基于生态足迹理论,对河南省2007—2017年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行了定量计算,从生产用水、生活用水和生态用水3个方面研究了河南省水资源的生态足迹。结果表明:河南省人均生产用水生态足迹最大,水资源生态赤字较大,可持续发展形势非常严峻。最后对2007—2017年河南省的可持续发展状况进行了评价,在此基础上提出了调整用水结构、大力推广绿色农业和有效防治水体污染等建议。

Abstract:Water is an indispensable natural resource for social and economic development.Based on the ecological footprint theory,this paper quantitatively calculates the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Henan Province from 2007 to 2017,and studies the ecological footprint of water resources in Henan Province from three aspects of production water,domestic water and ecological water.The results show that Henan Province has the largest ecological footprint of per capita production water,a large ecological deficit of water resources,and a very severe situation of sustainable development.Finally,the sustainable development situation of Henan Province from 2007 to 2017 is evaluated.Based on this,suggestions are put forward such as adjusting the water use structure,vigorously promoting green agriculture and effectively preventing and controlling water pollution.
