蚕丝纤维对PVA/PVP复合膜结构和力学性能的影响

摘    要:实验制备了蚕丝-聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(SF-PVA/PVP)膜复合材料,并研究了SF的用量对SF-PVA/PVP膜复合材料结构和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:SF与PVA/PVP膜复合材料具有良好的生物相容性,SF用量较少时可以在PVA/PVP膜基质中均匀分散;SF的加入会提高复合材料的力学性能,拉伸强度和弹性模量显著提高,断裂伸长率则明显降低,主要归因于PVA的—O—H和SF纤维的—N—H和C═O基团之间分别出现了强氢键;同时随着SF用量的增加,复合材料的土壤微生物降解能力显著增强,在SF-PVA/PVP薄膜中添加SF纤维有利于材料的生物降解。

Abstract:In this paper,SF-PVA/PVP membrane composite was prepared,and the effect of SF content on the structure and mechanical properties of SF-PVA/PVP membrane composite was studied.The results showed that SF and PVA/PVP membrane composite had good biocompatibility,and can be evenly dispersed in PVA/PVP membrane matrix when the amount of SF was small;the addition of SF can improve the mechanical properties of the composite,significantly improve the tensile strength and elastic modulus,and significantly reduce the elongation at break,which was mainly attributed to the strong hydrogen bond between O—H of PVA and—N—H and C═O groups of SF fiber,respectively.At the same time,with the increase of SF content,the degradation ability of soil microorganism of composite material was significantly enhanced.Adding SF fiber to SF-PVA/PVP membrane is conducive to the biodegradation of the material.
