可开关压裂滑套关键技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对常规投球多级滑套存在的后续储层改造困难的难题,研制了一种新型分段压裂工具——可开关压裂滑套。相比常规压裂滑套,可开关压裂滑套可在井下进行多次开关。在压裂后期,根据储层改造需要,下入开关工具并对可开关压裂滑套进行开关作业,满足后期储层二次改造作业需求。研制了用于水平井裸眼分段压裂作业的可开关压裂滑套及配套开关工具。开展了工具耐冲蚀技术、反复过孔高压密封技术、滑套锁紧限位技术、开关工具定压节流启动技术、开关显示技术等关键技术研究。通过模拟试验,证明可开关压裂滑套的性能达到设计要求。现场应用20多井次,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulties faced by the conventional ball throwing sliding sleeve in subsequent reservoir reconstruction, a new switchable fracturing sleeve was developed. Compared with the conventional fracturing slip sleeve, the switchable fracturing slip sleeve can be opened and closed multiple times downhole. In the later stage of fracturing, according to the needs of reservoir reconstruction, a switch tool is run to open and close the switchable fracturing sleeve to meet the needs of the secondary reservoir reconstruction operation. A ball type reclosable sleeve and a matched switch tool for open hole staged fracturing in horizontal wells were developed. The key technologies, such as tool erosion resistance technology, technology of high pressure sealing after repeated open and close, locking limit technology, technology of throttling start with constant pressure in switch tool, indication technology of switching status of the sleeve, were mainly studied. Through the simulation test, it is proved that the performance of the new fracturing sleeve can meet all the design requirements. The tools have been applicated in more than 20 wells in the field and good results have been achieved.
