摘    要:四通接入式压裂管汇是使用较多的一种管汇布置方式,该布置下的流场性能、冲蚀性能备受设计和现场应用人员的关注。建立了压裂管汇四通冲蚀预测模型,使用CFD方法及Fluent软件,在压力、速度流场分析基础上,研究不同粒径、入流速度、陶粒密度对管道内壁的冲蚀影响与机理,并开展寿命预测。研究结果表明,四通内壁冲蚀率随陶粒粒径、流速、密度增大而增大,且四通交汇区域冲蚀现象严重。安全范围内,预测压裂四通管汇在最大平均冲蚀速率下的最小使用寿命为30 000 min。

Abstract:The four-way fracturing manifold is one of the most commonly used manifold arrangements.The flow field performance and erosion performance under this arrangement have attracted the attention of design and field application personnel.The four-way manifold erosion fracture prediction model has been established by using the software Fluent CFD method and based on the analysis of pressure and velocity flow fields,the impact and mechanism of different particle diameters,inflow velocity,and ceramsite density on the erosion of the inner wall of the pipeline were studied,and life prediction was carried out.The results show that the erosion rate of the inner wall of the cross increases with the increase of the particle size,flow velocity and density of the ceramsite,and the erosion in the cross area of the cross is serious.Within the safety range,the minimum service life of the fracturing manifold at the maximum average erosion rate is predicted to be 30000 min.
