摘    要:采用静电纺丝法制备了不同溶剂和纺丝变量下的聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米纤维,并研究了溶剂及盐助剂的种类对PS纳米纤维的形态以及直径的影响。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶液时,纺丝液的电导率较高,黏度较低;且纺丝液中的PS纳米纤维呈现串珠状,直径较低。当加入无机盐氯化锌(ZnCl2)后,PS纳米纤维出现分支状结构,加入有机盐十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)则不会出现这一现象。SEM测试结果表明,用DMF为溶剂,SDBS为盐类添加剂可以获得具有较规整形态及较低直径的PS纳米纤维。

Abstract:Polystyrene(PS)nanofibers with different solvents and spinning variables were prepared by electrospinning.The effects of solvents and salt additives on the morphology and diameter of PS nanofibers were studied.When N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)was used as the solution,the conductivity and viscosity of the spinning solution were higher,and the PS nanofibers in the spinning solution were beaded with lower diameter.When the inorganic salt zinc chloride(ZnCl2)was added,PS nanofibers showed branched structure,while the organic salt sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)did not.SEM results showed that PS nanofibers with regular morphology and the lowest diameter can be obtained by using DMF as solvent and SDBS as salt additive.
