摘    要:机械滑套作为分层开采的主要配产工具在渤海油田被广泛使用,但开启或者关闭机械滑套需要下入专门的滑套移位工具进行作业,且机械滑套的开度无法调节,只能是全开或全关。研制了一种电控滑套,介绍了电控滑套的结构、工作原理。试验结果表明,电控滑套工作压力可达40 MPa; 通过上位机发送指令可对电控滑套的开度大小进行无级调节; 用单根钢管电缆将6套电控滑套串联,各个电控滑套仍可按照指令进行动作; 现场试验验证了电控滑套的可靠性。电控滑套开度越大,其控制的流量就越大; 开度越小,控制的流量就越小。电控滑套的调控功能满足使用要求。

Abstract:The mechanical sliding sleeve is widely used in the Bohai Oilfield as the main production tool for layered mining. However, opening or closing the mechanical sliding sleeve requires a special sliding sleeve displacement tool to operate, and the opening size of the mechanical sliding sleeve cannot be adjusted. It can only be fully open or fully closed. An electronically controlled sliding sleeve was developed, and its structure and working principle were introduced. The test results show that the working pressure of the electronically controlled sliding sleeve can reach 40 MPa; the opening size of the electronically controlled sliding sleeve can be adjusted steplessly by sending commands from the host computer; six sets of electrically controlled sliding sleeves are connected in series with a single steel tube cable, each The electronically controlled sliding sleeve can still act according to the instructions. From the reliability test in the test well, it shows that when opening degree is lager, the flowrate is lager, and vice versa. The adjustment capacity of the electronic sliding sleeve can meet the application requirements.
