| 摘 要： | 钻井中的刮壁作业是为了清除套管壁上的杂物,保证后续固井过程中尾管悬挂器的有效坐挂。常规的刮壁作业需要起钻、更换钻具,然后对特定井段或技术套管段进行刮壁。当刮壁作业完成后,需再次起下钻、更换钻具,进行后续作业。针对常规刮壁技术存在的作业工艺流程复杂,时效损失严重,无法满足钻完井提效技术要求的弊端,提出随钻刮壁技术,实现钻井、刮壁一体化作业。介绍了随钻刮壁工具的结构及工作原理,并进行力学分析。

| Abstract: | The scraping operation in the drilling is to clean casing and ensure the effective suspension of the liner hanger during the subsequent cementing process.The conventional scraping operations require pipe trip,and then scraping the sidewall for a particular section or intermediate casing section.After the scraping operation is completed,it is necessary to make the drill trip-out again,replace the drilling tool,and carry out subsequent operations.Aiming at the complicated working process of conventional scraping technology,the aging loss is serious,and it can not meet the shortcomings of drilling and completion technology.The technology of drilling and scraping was proposed to realize the integration of drilling and scraping.The structure and working principle of the scraping tool while drilling were introduced,and the mechanical analysis was carried out. |
