水工钢闸门模糊刚度可靠度进一步研究

摘    要:为了合理分析水工钢闸门模糊刚度可靠度,确定主梁变形隶属函数,基于现有荷载统计参数,采用当量随机化方法及JC法求出隶属函数为降半梯形分布时不同模糊上下限及降半正态分布所对应的可靠度指标。结果表明,当露顶门与潜孔门模糊下限取为钢闸门设计规范规定的变形允许值,其模糊上限分别为1.1与1.05倍下限时的可靠度指标最为合理;采用两种隶属函数所对应可靠度指标差异不大,从而建议相对变形限值隶属函数为降半梯形分布。

Abstract:In order to reasonably analyze the reliability of fuzzy stiffness of hydraulic steel gate and determine the membership function of main beam deformation,based on existing statistical parameters of load,the reliability indexes corresponding to different fuzzy upper and lower limits of the membership function of reduced semi-trapezoid and the membership function of reduced semi-normal are obtained by using the equivalent randomization method and JC method.The results show that,(a)when the fuzzy lower limit of the exposed-top gates and the submerged gates is set as the deformation limit of steel gate design specification and the fuzzy upper limit is 1.1 and 1.05 times lower limit respectively,the reliability index is the most reasonable;and(b)the reliability indexes corresponding to two kinds of membership functions have little difference,it is suggested that the relative deformation limit membership function should be a reduced half trapezoidal distribution.
