摘    要:为尽早实现对下游凯乐塔水电站的枯期发电调蓄作用,提前发挥效益,提前苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目的下闸蓄水。采用卫星测量的降水数据及水文站实测径流数据,率定降雨径流模型,对2019年8月~10月不同保证率下的降水量进行相应的流量模拟,结合工程进度及下闸技术要求,提出相应的下闸时间建议;研究还对苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽坝址1981年至2019年每日流量进行重现,给未来的工程决策提供丰富的数据资料。

Abstract:In order to gain power generation benefits for downstream Kaleta Hydropower Station during dry season in the next year,the diversion outlets of Souapiti Reservoir should be closed for water storage in advance.Based on satellite precipitation data and in-site stream flow data,a rainfall-runoff model is calibrated,and the daily discharges of Souapiti Reservoir from August to October in 2019 are simulated by the model under different levels of precipitation reliability.The corresponding time for closing the diversion outlets is determined according to dam construction schedules and technical standards.Furthermore,the daily discharges from 1981 to 2019 in Souapiti are also reconstructed,which benefits the decision making processes in the future.
