摘    要:按照现有无损探伤检验标准检验合格的压裂管汇在压裂作业时出现了管件刺漏、爆裂等情况。分析了压裂管汇中管件结构的特点和现有的无损检测方法的适用性。增加了管件的检测部位,改进了检测方法,并研制出了能检测不同形状和尺寸管件的超声波探头和比对试件。采用改进的无损检测方法,检测出不合格管件数增加44.9%。新增加检测部位后,检测出不合格管件数增加63.7%。目前已应用改进的无损检测方法1 a多,在压裂作业时未出现高压管件刺漏或爆裂情况。

Abstract:According to the existing nondestructive testing standards, the punctures, bursts have been noticed for the fracturing fittings that passed the inspection during the fracturing operation. The characteristics of the fracturing fittings structure and the applicability of the existing nondestructive testing methods were analyzed. The detection position of the pipe fittings was increased, the detection method was improved, and an ultrasonic probe and a comparison test piece capable of detecting pipe fittings of different shapes and sizes were developed. By adopting the improved nondestructive testing methods, the number of unqualified fracturing fittings increased by 44.9%. After adding new testing locations, the number of unqualified fracturing fittings increased by 63.7%. The improved non-destructive testing method has been applied for more than one year and there has been no puncture or bursting of high-pressure pipe fittings during the fracturing operation.
