| 摘 要： | 丰满水电站老坝混凝土的质量缺陷较多,结合丰满老坝的拆除工作,根据现场拆除显现的资料和相关试验研究,对丰满老坝混凝土的质量状况予以回顾和后评价。事实证明,老坝内部的混凝土质量问题分布广泛且较为严重,很难通过补强措施予以根本消除。为从根本上解决大坝存在的问题,确保大坝运行安全可靠,保障松花江流域的防洪安全,进行大坝重建工程是客观、科学、合理的。

| Abstract: | The Old Dam concrete of Fengman Hydropower Station has many quality defects.Combined with the demolition engineering of Fengman Old Dam,the quality of concrete of Fengman Old Dam is reviewed and post-evaluated based on the data of site demolition and related experimental researches.The facts have proved that the concrete quality problems inside the Old Dam are widely distributed and serious,and it is difficult to eliminate them through reinforcement measures.In order to fundamentally solve existing problems of the dam,ensure the safe and reliable operation of dam,and ensure the flood control safety of Songhua River Basin,it is objective,scientific,and reasonable to carry out the dam reconstruction project. |
