聚醚砜氨基化氧化石墨烯杂化膜的制备及其在吸附铜的研究

摘    要:以聚醚砜(PES)为原料,以氯甲基乙醚为氯甲基化试剂,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为氨基化剂,制备了氨基化氧化石墨烯杂化膜,用于铜离子的吸附。考察了吸附时间、原液浓度、pH值和吸附温度对膜吸附量的影响,并研究了膜的重复吸附性能。结果表明:随着吸附时间的延长、氧化石墨烯含量的增加、原液浓度的上升以及pH值的增加,膜的吸附量逐渐增加。在吸附温度低于35℃时,膜的吸附量较高,吸附温度超过35℃,膜的吸附量有所下降。经过3次吸附脱附后,膜的吸附量仍然可以达到54 mg/g以上,表明该膜具有良好的使用性能。

Abstract:Polyether sulfone aminated graphene oxide hybrid membrane was prepared by using polyethersulfone(PES) as the raw material, chloromethyl ether as the chloromethylation reagent and 3-aminomethoxy silane as an aminating agent. The membrane was used to adsorb Cu^2+ and the effect of the adsorption time, the concentration of the original liquid, the pH value and the adsorption temperature on the adsorption capacity was investigated. The re-adsorption property of the membrane was also examined. The results showed that the adsorption capacity increased with the increase of adsorption time, grapheme oxide content, the concentration of original liquor and the pH value. When the adsorption temperature was lower than 35℃, the adsorption capacity of the membrane was higher. The adsorption capacity of the membrane decreased as the adsorption temperature was above 35℃. After 3 times of adsorption and desorption, the adsorption capacity of the membrane can still reach over 54 mg/g, indicating the good performance of the membrane.
