摘    要:为了解决稠油高黏度和结蜡问题,采用空心抽油杆热水循环采油工艺,对稠油进行加热降黏、防蜡。运用传热学与流体力学理论,构建多物理场耦合计算模型,对井筒温度场进行数值计算。研究影响循环水注入流量和注入温度与空心杆沿程温度和油管沿程温度的关系曲线。结果显示,循环水注入流量与循环水注入温度对井筒温度场的影响较大,增加循环水注入流量对井筒温度提升显著; 提高循环水注入温度,井筒沿程温度得到相同幅度提升。

Abstract:In order to solve the question of high viscosity and wax deposition of thickened oil,hot water recycling technology of hollow sucker rod is adopted to heat thickened oil to reduce viscosity and prevent wax deposition.Based on the theory of heat transfer and hydrodynamics,a coupled calculation model of multi-physical field was constructed,and the temperature field in wellbore was calculated numerically.The relationship between injection flow rate and injection temperature of circulating water and temperature along hollow rod and tubing was studied.The results show that the injection rate of circulating water and the injection temperature of circulating water have a great influence on the wellbore temperature field,and the injection rate of circulating water has a significant effect on the wellbore temperature.
