旋带式负压振动筛上固相颗粒运移规律研究

摘    要:负压振动筛作为一种新型的固控振动筛,应用越来越广泛。MUDCUBE旋带式负压振动筛作为负压振动筛的一种重要形式,其结构、运行原理及运移规律有别于其他负压振动筛。介绍了MUDCUBE旋带式负压振动筛工作原理; 建立了固相颗粒物在筛面上的力学模型; 描述了固相颗粒物在筛面的运移规律,其主要运动形式有抛掷运动、相对滑动、相对静止3种。抛掷运动有利于钻井液与岩屑的分离,是振动筛筛上物的主要运动形式。分析了不同工艺参数对固相颗粒物运移的影响规律。现场实际运行情况表明,旋带式负压振动筛处理后固相的含液率比传统振动筛减少了89%左右。

Abstract:With the improvement of laws and regulations on Marine ecology environmental protection,the requirements of waste disposal from offshore drilling are becoming stricter.The traditional solid control technology cannot meet the production requirements gradually.As a new type of solid-controlled vibration screen,negative pressure vibration screen is widely used in China.As an important form of negative pressure vibration screen,the crawler negative pressure vibration screen of MUDCUBE is different from other negative pressure vibration screens in its structure,operation principle and migration rule.Therefore,the operation principle of MUDCUBE crawler negative pressure vibrating screen was introduced.The mechanical model of solid particles on the screen surface was established to describe the migration law of solid particles on the screen surface.The main motion forms of solid particles include throwing motion,relative sliding motion and relative static motion.Throwing motion is conducive to the separation of drilling fluid and cuttings,and it is also the main movement form of solid particles on vibrating screen.Finally,the influence law of different process parameters on solid phase particle migration was analyzed,and combined with the actual operation situation,the liquid content of solid phase after the crawler negative pressure vibrating screen treatment reduced by about 89%compared with the traditional vibrating screen.
