| 摘 要： | 纳米复相陶瓷是一种新型复合材料，它的综合性能相对传统陶瓷有了很大的提高。目前为止，纳米复相陶瓷粉体的制备方法主要有机械球磨、均相复合、非均相复合等，纳米复相陶瓷的烧结方法有无压烧结、热压烧结、热等静压烧结、放电等离子烧结、微波烧结等。对于纳米复相陶瓷而言，热等静压烧结、放电等离子烧结、微波烧结是比较理想的烧结方法。

| Abstract: | Nanocomposite ceramics is a new composite, and its general performances are better than traditional ceramics. At present, the preparation methods ofnanocomposite ceramics powder include mechanical ball milling, homogeneous composite and inhomogeneous composite. And sintering methods ofnanocomposite ceramics include pressureless sintering, hot-pressing sintering, hot isostatic pressing sintering, spark plasma sintering and microwave sintering. For sintering methods of nanocomposite ceramics, hot isostatic pressing sintering, spark plasma sintering and microwave sintering are prior to the others. |
