摘    要:以异丙苯过氧化氢、硫脲衍生物和自制促进剂为引发体系,制备了一种双主剂型丙烯酸酯结构胶,并对其固化放热峰温度、固化时间、剪切强度等方面进行测定。结果表明,与一般丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂相比,该胶粘剂具有固化放热平稳,放热峰温度低等鲜明特点。

Abstract:A two-part acrylic structural adhesive was prepared , which comprised a new initiator system composed of CHP,derivated thiurea and a s elf-synthesized accelerant,and its temperature of curing exothermic peak,curing times and shear strengths were tested.The results indicated that,in comparison with the conventional SGAs, the adhesive has the representative characters: mild ly curing and lower temperature of curing exothermic peak.
