Information Users and Demands in Scientific Research and Expermental Development

In the development of scientific technology and economy, scientific research and experimental development has increasingly become a focus of international co-operation and competition. In order to develop and improve high and new technology of our country. scientific research and experimental development is rated as a important strategic point for developping scientific technology. In view of the iportant and particularity of using information in scientific research and experimental development, this article analyzes detailly three kinds of information users: scientific research personnel, experimental development personnel, and management operation personnel, and their special demands so that the information organizations and personnels provide all-round information services in accordance with special characteristics of scientific research and experimental development.
