摘    要:乒用卫星遥感技术监测土壤水分和干旱具有其它监测手段不可替代的优势,基于在无植被覆盖和有植被覆盖的情况下使用的监测方法不同,本文介绍了在有植被覆盖的情况下,使用距平植被指数法,利用NOAA/AVHRR资料,生成全省植被指数相对距平图,用于2000年夏季黑龙江省的特大干旱监测,数据表明,与实际受旱面积基本一致,为抗旱减灾提供了科学依据.

Abstract:Using satellite remote sensing technique has superiority in monitoring soil drought. Different monitoring methods have been used in covered and uncovered vegetation. In this paper, we mainly introduced the vegetation index departure method and NOAA/AVHRR data to make the image of whole province vegetation index departure. Using this method, we monitored summer drought in 2000 and gain-satisfied impact. The monitoring result, for the whole province is 79.196 million mu. The data is consistent with the practical area of drought and provide the basis of science with the droughty disaster in Heilongjiang Province.
