| 摘 要： | 简介了三种适用于自行车涂装工艺中的远红外加热元件,指出由远红外加热元件所组成的固化烘道是一种辐射、传导和对流的耦合加热方式。综合分析了这类烘道在实际使用中的烘温曲线,并得出结论:对氨基醇酸漆而言,合理布置SHQ石英管和优质碳化硅板,就能得到理想的固化烘道,其烘温曲线为正态分布。

| Abstract: | The paper describes three kinds of far IR heating technique which are suitable for use in coating of bicycles. It is pointed out that the solidifying and stoving furnace using far IR heating provides a heating process of radiation, conduction and convection. Based on the analysis of stoving temperatures of the furnace on practical use, it is conducted that for amino-alcoholic acid paint a proper arrangement of SHQ quartz glass tube and high quality carborundum plate can provide an ideal solidifying and stoving furnace which possesses a normal distribution of stoving temperature. |
