| 摘 要： | 电刷材料的选择对于星载滑环的可靠性及使用寿命有巨大的影响,因此根据滑环结构形式选择合适的电刷材料是滑环设计中必须解决的问题,通过对某星载盘式滑环电刷的材料试验,找到了合适的电刷材料应用于产品,并通过真空寿命试验进行了验证,文中主要介绍了电刷材料试验的过程及试验中出现的问题,并进行了分析及总结。
