高模量碳纤维复合材料的电磁铆接工艺研究

摘    要:研究了高模量碳纤维复合材料结构的电磁铆接工艺。通过实验确定了铆钉外伸量、钉孔间隙等工艺参数,给出了复合材料结构铆接用垫圈的几何尺寸,提出了合理的镦头尺寸,强度实验和损伤检测表明电磁铆接可以代替螺栓连接,成功地铆接高模量碳纤维复合材料。

Abstract:Having failed to find any detailed information in the open literature about electromagnetic riveting (EMR) used in satellite structure, we have to do research and development of such technical information ourselves in China . We have to find out how to do EMR successfully without causing damage in high modulus carbon fiber composites structure . No damage will result if process parameters are appropriate . In subsections 1.1 through 1.4,we discuss how to select appropriate parameters . Subsection 1.1 deals with selection of dimensions of rivet head ;subsection 1. 2, appropriate configuration of washer ; subsection 1.3, appropriate gap between rivet and hole ; subsection 1. 4, appropriate exterior length of rivet . We performed strength tests , whose results as shown in Tables 3 and 4 show that replacing bolting with EMR does not lower the strength.
