调压站内天然气热值自平衡技术

摘    要:由于天然气产地及生产工艺的不同,不同气源的天然气其热值、组分及燃烧特性参数存在着较大差异。传统调压方式并不能调配调压站出站天然气的热值和燃烧特性参数,对于进入调压站的热值较高的天然气,出站后的气源难以完全满足管网要求。为此,提出一种新颖的调压站内天然气热值自平衡技术,对于热值较高的天然气,依靠高压天然气降压过程中“与生俱来”的压力能,通过透平膨胀机膨胀降压,同时驱动压气机生产压缩空气掺混于降压后的天然气中,有效降低天然气的热值,使高热值天然气的燃烧特性参数能满足管网要求,以解决进入天然气管网各气源热值不相同带来的难题。详细介绍了实施该技术的设备构成、原理及工作过程,并对相关系统、实施效果等进行了分析。该技术对采用多种气源供气的城市燃气企业具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:The heat values, components and burning performance parameters of natural gas are different because of different sources and production processes. The traditional pressure regulating methods can not adjust the heat values and burning performance parameters of the outlet natural gas at the pressure regulating station. The inlet natural gas with high heat value at the station is difficult to fully meet the requirement by the pipeline networks. Therefore, this paper puts forward a unique self equilibrating technology for heat value of natural gas at the regulator station. Relying on the "inherent" pressure energy in the gas depressurizing process, perform the decompressional expansion through turboexpander, and then drive the gas compressor for compressed air to mix the air with natural gas. Accordingly, this can effectively reduce the heat value and burning performance parameters to meet the requirements of pipeline. This paper also introduces the required facilities, theories and working processes of the technique in detail and analyzes some relevant systems and implementation effects. The technique has great significance for the city gas enterprises with multi source gas supply.
