| 摘 要： | 现代企业的竞争是人才的竞争,人力资源管理系统能够提高企业人才管理的效率。基于JavaEE平台对人力资源管理系统进行了设计,使用Struts/Spring/Hibernate集成框架开发了人力资源管理系统,使用了MVC模式将用户界面和业务逻辑完全分离,使用依赖注入提高了系统组件之间的独立性。使用Struts/Spring/Hibernate集成框架来进行信息系统的开发,比传统的多层模型具有更高的灵活性和可扩展性。
