| 摘 要： | 介绍了5-乙基吡啶-2,3-二羧酸二乙酯的合成路线,结合试验比较分析,选择出适合工业化的清洁合成路线。两步反应得到产品,总收率为70%(以乙氧基乙酸乙酯计),含量为85%。

| Abstract: | The synthesis methods of 5-ethyl-pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid diethyl ester were reviewed.We found the clean synthesis route by experiment.5-Ethyl-pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid diethyl ester was obtained by two-step reaction sequence.Finally,its yield was 70%(based on ethyl ethoxyacetate),and the purity was 85%. |
