| 摘 要： | 建立了甘蓝中溴氰菊酯的前处理方法,样品以乙腈提取,浓硫酸-乙醇进行纯化,毛细管柱气相色谱法测定甘蓝中的溴氰菊酯。实验表明,溴氰菊酯在甘蓝中的添加回收率在82.76%～99.58%之间,变异系数为4.27%～7.60%。本方法具有省时、省溶剂、操作简单、纯化效果好、实用性强的特点。

| Abstract: | A method for extracting,clearing off and determining residues of deltamethrin in cabbage was reported.The method used acetonitrile to extract residues of the pesticides in cabbage samples,followed by clean up with H2SO4-C2H5OH,and determination by GC.The results showed that the recoveries of the method were 82.76%-99.58% with RSD being 4.27%-7.60%.This method is proved to be easy in operation,and high in sensitivity,reproductivity and selectivity. |
