内燃机快速磨合机理的研究

摘    要:利用铁谱技术分析研究了TLT-1型内燃机快速磨合液在CS492Q-1型汽油机上进行快速磨合的整个过程,对内燃机快速磨合机理及其影响因子提出了见解,为内燃机快速磨合的推广与应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:A whole process of fast wear-in on model CS492Q-1 gasoline engine with TLT-1 fast wear-in fluid for IC engine has been analysed and investigated by means of ferrography. Some opinions on fast wear-in mechanism of IC engine and its influence factors have also been given. A theoretical basis can be piovided for the application and popularization of fast wear-in on IC engine.
