光催化降解染料废水的研究

摘    要:在光催化剂的固定化技术的研究中,通过化学反应将比表面积很小的TiO_2引入多孔硅胶载体颗粒的表面,并经过高温处理以提高其催化活性。通过BET比表面积测定发现,制得的光催化剂TSO具有比表面积大、分散性高和二次污染小等优点。而光催化降解实际染料废水的研究表明,制得的光催化剂对实际染料废水有较好的降解效果,强氧化剂H_2O_2的加入对染料废水的降解有利。利用钛醇盐水解法可以制备大量负载型TiO_2光催化剂,对于实际废水处理有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:By chemical reaction, TiO_2 with low specific surface area is conjugated with porous silica gel, and calcined at high temperature to increase the catalytic activity. Based on the BET specific surface determination, it is showed that the prepared photo catalyst TSO has advantageous of large specific surface area, high dispersibility and lower second pollution. The photo catalyst TSO is applied to degrade the dye wastewater, and the results show that the TSO has good degradation efficiency, and the addition of strong oxidizer H_2O_2 is in favor of degradation. The loading TiO_2 photo catalyst can be prepared in quantity by hydrolyzation of titanium alkoxide, which has use for reference to wastewater treatment.
