大学生原始创新能力现状分析及提升对策——基于宁波大学创新学分的调查

原始创新能力的高低已经成为决定国家经济和科技竞争胜负的关键因素。大学生因其在知识积累、专业背景、文献资源等方面具有更多的优势,理所当然地成为原始创新的主体。文章在分析原始创新活动在大学生创新活动中的逻辑地位和实际地位的基础上,提出了高校提高大学生原始创新能力的途径,包括健全大学生创新学分管理体制、加强原始创新文化建设、重视原始创新教育和科研策划等。

Present Situation of Original Innovative Capacity of College Students and Promoting Measures

The ability of original innovation has become the key factor in the success of national economy and technological competition. The college students, enjoying advantages in terms of knowledge accumulation, professional background and literature resources, have without doubt become the main force in the original in- novation system. The paper, based on the analysis of the logic status and the actual status of original innova- tive activities in the innovative activities of college students, puts forward methods to improve such capacity a- mong the students including improving the innovation credit management system, strengthening the construc- tion of original innovation culture and emphasizing original innovation education and scientific research plan- ning.
