摘    要:哈萨克斯坦科尔占探区的巨厚岩层,严重制约了该地区的石油勘探开发。结合国内外成熟的穿盐钻井技术,在 SLK3 井盐层井段使用顶部驱动,应用两性离子聚磺饱和盐水钻井液体系,通过优选钻井技术方案,克服了巨厚盐膏层发育、塑 性蠕动、地层非均质性以及高温高压、井漏、井垮等情况给钻井带来的难题,保证了SLK3 井的顺利完钻,首次取全取准了科尔 占地区巨厚盐层及盐下油气藏的各项地质资料,摸索出了该地区钻穿巨厚盐层的钻井工艺综合配套技术,对今后开发科尔占区 块盐下油气资源具有重要意义。

Abstract:Petroleum exploration and development are severely restricted by huge salt bed in Kerzhan area of Kazakhstan. Consid- ering the salt bed drilling technology both at home and abroad, the overhead drilling technology and amphion sulfonate saturated salt drilling luid system are used in salt bed of well SLK3. The problems caused by the development of huge salt-gypsum bed, salt plastic creep, formation heterogeneity, high pressure and high temperature, circulation loss and wellbore instability are all solved by optimizing drilling schemes, which ensures the easy drilling of Well SLK3. Most geologic information about huge salt bed and oil gas resources under salt bed in Kerzhan area are completely obtained with accuracy for the irst time. The synthetical drilling technology at huge salt bed in this area is developed, which is of great signiicance for future oil gas resources exploration under salt bed in Kerzhan area.
