| 摘 要： | 根据电火花线切割工作液的性能要求及现行油品存在的缺陷，研制开发了新型环境友好水基工作液，实验室评定证明研制液具有良好的理化性能，工业试验表明研制液具有满意的工作效果，且符合环保要求，毒性试验符合要求。

| Abstract: | According to the performance requirements of cutting fluid for electric spark machining and the defect of current oils, a new environmentally friendly water base cutting fluid is developed. The results of laboratory evaluation and industrial test show that the developed fluid has excellent physicochemical properties and satisfied work effects, without environmental pollution and toxicity. |
