摘    要:利用目前较通用方法和理论,建立基于多相流耦合的高炉数学模型,解析多相态在高炉中流场及热传递情况,并通过可视化开发,可仿真得到各相态的稳态结果,由此可方便的判断高炉内软熔带等重要区域的形状及位置。充分应用前沿成熟理论解析各个相态之间的耦合作用,并对高炉中存在的主要化学反应做了简化处理。通用的数学模型、数值计算及可视化方法构成了较完整的,具有普遍意义的高炉过程分析及预测体系,对多数高炉生产能够起到指导作用,并利于个性化开发。

Abstract:Using popular and universal methods and theories, the blast furnace (BF) mathematical model based on multiphase coupling was built, in which the motion and heat transfer of multiphase in BF were solved. Through computational visualization, this model simulated steady results of per-phase which made the estimation of the profile and position of cohesive zone and raceway easy. The model considered the simple chemical reactions and analyzed the coupled relationships of phases by mature theory. The BF mathematical model, solution method and the computational visualization formed a analysis and prediction system for BF process which is a guidance for actual BF operation and is useful to individual development.
