基于混沌神经网络的多用户检测器

摘    要:提出一种基于增广Lagrange乘子——暂态混沌神经网络的码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)多用户检测新技术。该技术将混沌模拟退火算法与增广Lagrange乘子相结合,具有良好的逃逸局部最小点的能力和较快的收敛速度,同时能有效克服惩罚函数的缺点。仿真实验结果表明,基于增广Lagrange乘子——暂态混沌神经网络的多用户检测器,其误码率性能优于Hopfield神经网络及未改进的暂态混沌神经网络等多用户检测器。

Abstract:In this paper,we propose a novel neural network based Multiuser Detector for Direct-Sequence Code Division Multiple Access system. The proposed detector incorporates augmented Lagrange multipliers into transiently chaotic neural.The proposed detector eliminates the need of the penalty term and guarantees solution validity. The simulation results show that the proposed network outperforms the Hopfield Net as well as the Transiently Chaotic Neural Networks in (Bit Error Rate,BER) performance.
