化学镀镍溶液再生

摘    要:本文主要研究了采用可溶性钙盐对以乳酸为络合剂、次磷酸盐为还原剂的失效化学镀镍溶液的再生。在pH为5.6~5.8、温度为45℃~50℃范围内,搅拌2小时、陈化0.5小时的情况下,可溶性钙盐使失效溶液中亚磷酸盐含量从156 g/L下降到23.06 g/L,而镍盐和次磷酸盐的损耗量极小。再生后镀液的镀速和外观都与新配槽液相当。

Abstract:This paper is mainly described the exhausted electroless nickel solution regeneration by adoptingsoluble calcium salt as lactic acid is complexant, hypophosphite is reducer. At the condition of pH=5.6to 5.8,temperature=45to 50, mix for 2 hours, settle for 0.5 hour and the soluble calcium salt make the phosphate in theexhausted solution changed from 156g/Lto 23.06 g/L, but the nickel and hypophosphite are wasted little. The deposit-ing rate and the deposit appearance of regenerated solution are almost same as the new make-up bath.
