摘    要:开发了基于决策支持系统的配网优化规划软件包, 具有系统规划、方案分析、方案决策、方案绘图和数据库管理系统等功能。静态规划建立了混合整数规划模型, 利用基于线性规划换基运算的支路交换法有效地求解该模型。动态规划, 采用临界可行匹配算法和伪动态匹配法在全临界匹配空间找到最优化动态决策。采用支路自动分解、最优乘子的快速分解法潮流计算, 收敛性好、速度快、占内存少。算例说明该软件包适用于大规模配电网规划, 使用方便灵活

Abstract:On the basis of the distribution networks planning characters, adistribution networks optimal programming package based on the decision support system (DSS) is developed. The package has the functions: planning, scheme analysis, scheme decision, scheme drawing, database management system etc. The static planning constructs the mixed integer programming model .A branch exchange technique based on the change base of linear programming solves the model effectively. The dynamic programming uses the critical feasible matching method and the pseudo dynamic matching method to obtain the optimal dynamic decision in the overall critical matching space. By using the branches auto decoupling and the optimal multiplier fast decoupling methods the distribution network load flow is calculated. The method has advantages: good convergence, fast speed and less memories and is suitable for the large scale distribution network programming.
