| 摘 要： | 汽车机械式变速器的性能直接影响汽车整体性能的稳定性和可靠性,结合汽车机械式变速器系统,对变速器进行了基于可靠性的优化设计.首先简要分析了现代设计方法应用于变速器设计中存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了变速器优化设计的模型,构建了基于可靠性和轻量化为目标的复合优化设计模型,并通过设计实例给出了具体的优化设计方案.

| Abstract: | The performance of automotive mechanical transmission affects the overall performance of the car’s stability and reliability directly.This paper discussed the optimization design based on reliability combined with the automotive mechanical transmission system.Firstly,the problems of modern design method applied in the design of transmission was analyzed,of which on the basis,the optimization design model of transmission was given out,and the optimization design model based on reliability and lightweight was built and discussed,and the specific optimization design plan was also pointed out combined with the actual example. |
