原位本体聚合制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/量子点纳米复合材料及其性能

摘    要:为了得到易于加工成型、且具有稳定发光性能的半导体纳米晶体材料,采用原位本体聚合的方法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/硒化镉-硫化锌核壳量子点(PMMA/CdSe-ZnS)纳米复合材料,并对其进行了傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)和光致发光光谱的测试.研究结果表明:经原位本体聚合能成功制备透明PMMA/CdSe-ZnS纳米复合材料,硒化镉-硫化锌核壳量子点(CdSe-ZnS)在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基体中分散性好,粒径均一,且能长时间稳定发光,发光波长出现了少量的红移.另外,量子点的加入对聚合物的热性能有一定的改善.

Abstract:For preparing semiconductor nanocrystal with steady luminescence and good processability,poly methy lmecrylate(PMMA)/CdSe-ZnS nanocomposites were prepared by in situ bulk polymerization.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,transmission electron microscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis and fluorospectro photometer were used to characterize the nanocomposites.The results indicate that the transparent PMMA/CdSe-ZnS nanocomposites can be fabricated by in situ bulk polymerization,quantum dots with steady luminescence are uniform distribution in polymer,the emission wavelength has a slight red shift,additionally,the thermal property of PMMA is improved by adding CdSe-ZnS QDs.
