| 摘 要： | 在建立评价指标体系的基础上,利用优序法对卷烟感官质量的评价信息进行分析.与现行评分法相比,优序法能较大程度地消除评吸人员的影响,更客观地反映卷烟内在质量的优劣.该方法既能处理定量问题,又能处理定性问题,且应用简单,是一种较为理想的分析方法. |

| Abstract: | On the basis of setting up the index systems, the information about sensory evaluation of cigarettes was processed by the ordering method. The results showed that the method could eliminate significantly subjective effect of panelists on the sensory evaluation of cigarettes, and describe the smoking quality of cigarettes more objectively. It was suggested that the ordering method be used in tobacco industry to treat sensory data both in quantitative and qualitative way. |
