气浮工艺在水厂排泥水处理中的应用

摘    要:针对气浮工艺在水厂排泥水处理应用中的实际问题,考察了投药量、进泥量、进泥浓度、进气量和药剂种类对气浮处理效果的影响。结果表明,投药量、进泥量和进泥浓度对气浮上清液浊度和出泥含固率均有影响;进气量对气浮影响效果较小;阴离子聚丙烯酰胺在处理效果上比阳离子聚丙烯酰胺稍差,但其在经济性和上清液回用方面要优于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。

Abstract:Aimed at the practical issues of the air flotation process in the sludge water treatment of waterworks, the influence of the dosage, the amount of feed sludge, the inlet sludge concentration, the intake flow rate and the reagent species on air flotation treatment effect was investigated. The results showed that the dosage, the amount of feed sludge and the inlet sludge concentration could affect the supernatant turbidity and the solid content of sludge, the intake flow rate had little impact on the air flotation effect, and the treatment effect of anionic polyacrylamide was somewhat less than the cationic polyacrylamide, but it was better than cationic polyacrylamide in the aspect of economy and the supernatant reuse.
