摘    要:本文介绍了风力发电系统变流器高性能电源及驱动设计,以AN8026设计变流器电源电路,光耦HCPL316J设计变流器功率模块驱动电路,并通过设计软件AItiumDesignerSummer09绘制PCB,制作调试样机,最后实验验证AN8026控制集成电路设计的软开关电源能够提高开关电源的效率,而基于光耦HCPL316J驱动电路的设计能够增加功率模块驱动可靠性,进而保障整个风力发电系统可靠运行,本论文设计的电源及驱动尤其适合于中小型风力发电系统变流器硬件系统设计需求。

Abstract:This paper describes a high-performance power-driven design of the wind power system converter, the AN8026 design converter power circuit, the HCPL316J design converter drive circuit, then draw the PCB by the design software Altium Designer Summer 09, and Create and debug prototype, the final experiment verify that the soft switching power supply can improve the efficiency of the power based on the AN8026, and the drive circuit can increase the reliability of the power module drive based on HCPL316J, so the security and reliable operation of the entire wind power generation system is guaranteed, the switching power supply and drive is especially suitable for the converter hardware system design requirements of the small and medium-sized wind power generation system.
