| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了ERP项目实施对一个企业发展的重要意义，ERP系统通过消除“信息孤岛”、降低库存、提高企业的管理能力和管理水平等方式，为企业带来切实的效益，同时ERP系统为企业决策层制定企业战略方向提供各种市场信息和生产信息的数据支持；分析了中国企业在经济全球化下的生存和发展，实施ERP系统的必要性；同时简要介绍了ERP系统的增效机制。

| Abstract: | This thesis introduces the importance of implementing ERP to a enterprise＇s development. The ERP systems by eliminating the ＂ information islands＂ , reducing inventory, improving enterprise＇s management capabilities and management level etc., bring tangible business benefits. Simultaneously, the ERP systems provide market information＇s and production information＇s data supporting for the enterprise decision-making to develop the strategic direction, analyze the necessity to implemente ERP for Chinese enterprise＇s surviving and development under today＇s economic globalizationm, and describe briefly synergistic mechanism of the ERP systems. |
